This restaurant is a must try . We drove from Orange County , it was worth it . My husband and I ordered the chicken cutlet and steak sandwiches. The bread was soft and airy , and perfect amount of steak. I tried the tiramisu on my way out , I’m glad I did. Been to many restaurants claiming to have best Tiramisu. Sandough makes their own & you can tell as soon as you have the first bite, was delicious.

I tried this place after looking for good food in LA. The Chicken Cesar Sandwich was really good and the actual chicken had tons of flavor. Now as the internet makes this place hot and trendy they did not have certain items as they discontinued them quickly and ran out of lids/straws. The tables needed to be clean faster but as I stated the place is getting big on Tiktok so be kind and respectful. They have nonsoda options the lemonade were so good. I had the Mango lemonade and its worth the price

I went there cause I saw it online and immediately wanted to try a pizza dough pastrami sandwich. I went, got 2, they said minimum 40-50 minute wait. I said ok and decided to walk around on Melrose, I came back 50 minutes later, it ended up being 40 minutes longer, a total of 90 minutes. Now I'm a very patient guy but this was quite crap, so I'd say food, good, was it worth the time wait? On scale I'd say 3/10 as a no. Food? 7/10. I'd say for a complete waiting, 6.5/10. At least I got a free lemonade.

Came in about 20 minutes after opening, and we were probably only the third group there. We were excited to try the three sandwiches we ordered, so we definitely didn’t expect an almost 40-minute wait, especially before the lunch rush had even started. Thankfully they had WiFi, but the wait still felt unreasonable considering there were only one or two parties ahead of us. As we waited, it became pretty clear that online orders were being prioritized over dine-in customers. Once the food arrived, the sandwiches were good overall. We had ordered the Parma, Pastrami and the Chicken Milanese. However, the Chicken Milanese was noticeably dry and barely had any sauce. When I asked for extra sauce, I was told I would need to buy it. I mentioned that, given the excessive wait, it seemed reasonable to provide some sauce free of charge, but I was again told no by the lady working the kitchen. I even showed the video comment where Chef Frankie Guerrero addresses this exact issue and that was dismissed too. At that point, I asked if Chef Frankie Guerrero was there so I could speak to him directly. Only then did they finally give me a small container of sauce but without answering the question. The whole interaction felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially since the sauce itself is not even listed on the menu. That said, the place has a nice vibe and a lot of potential. The front staff was friendly, but the woman working in the kitchen came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. If they want repeat customers, the customer service side — especially communication and attitude — needs improvement.

The name perfectly represents what they serve, sandwich with pizza dough. Frankly that's genius out of the box idea, who won't fancy eating pizza in a handheld form, and most importantly their offerings of toppings are pretty rich and highly varied. It's a big dining space with a nice patio at the back. The iconic board on top of the order point will display your name once your dining order is ready. We got 1 of each their hot and cold sandough selections. We opted for Mortadella from the cold one, which featured straciatella cheese and pistachio bits, making luscious trio with the protein. The hot Straccetti deserved a chef-kiss, melted provolone paired to juicy and flavorful skirt steak. Oofff SO SO GOOD AND TASTY, certainly have to be on your top list if you're a first timer here.
