An actual dine in area would be nice, but aside from that, phenomenal pizza

We really enjoyed our visit here. The pizza was fresh and full of flavor, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Everyone around seemed happy and welcoming, which gave the place a really positive vibe. The service was also friendly, and we’ll definitely be coming back again.

Idk if it’s new stars or what but the quality and reheating sucks now. Pizza has the consistency of Costco (bad) because they pull it out too fast. Before it was nice and crunchy and hot.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this experience at Prince Street Pizza was honestly ridiculous.
Mind you it seems like this blonde girl is the culprit of terrible customer service and people not being able to get the Naughty Pie
We drove an hour from the IE specifically for the Naughty Pie, we showed up at 12pm and they only had 3 slices. We came for 5. They said they could make a new pie, but ONLY after those slices sold. So we bought all 3 to move things along. Mind you we had no problem waiting whatsoever we drove an hour away what is 15 minutes to us ?
That’s when the attitude kicked in.
The place was completely empty, yet the staff acted like we were inconveniencing them just by existing. They told us it would be ready in 15 minutes, we waited 25, came back in and suddenly now they had to “remake” the pizza? How does that even happen?
Meanwhile, my friend politely tells a worker she’d already been helped, and two workers looked at each other & one said “so much energy” and literally walks away. Like… what? If basic politeness is “too much energy,” maybe customer service isn’t the right job.
To make it worse, we overheard them talking about someone showing up 2 hours late and burning a slice. At that point, everything started making sense.
The vibes were so off and uncomfortable, they were also further back visibly talking about her. We felt uncomfortable so we ordered 2 slices of another pie they had ready and left. Mind you, we stayed respectful and nice the entire time.
So after driving an hour, we didn’t even get what we came for, got attitude for no reason, and left feeling unwelcome.
Terrible service, unprofessional staff, and absolutely not worth the drive.
