  I ordered pizza late last night after a long day, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. When I opened the box, the pizza was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for quite a while. The delivery itself was quick (under 15 minutes), so the issue didn’t seem to be with the driver. I was hesitant to call after seeing some negative reviews, but I decided to reach out anyway. I spoke with the manager, who was very kind, respectful, and apologetic. She offered compensation and handled the situation professionally, which I appreciated. That said, the quality of the food itself was not acceptable, and it seems like there may be larger consistency or management issues that need attention. I don’t blame the staff I interacted with, but I do hope the overall operation improves so this doesn’t keep happening to others.

  Me trataron muy mal de 1 de 10 le doy un 1 me ignoraron pase 15 minutos qué no me isieron caso ya vía encargado la pizza no me gusto eso. I was treated very poorly—on a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them a 1. They ignored me; I spent 15 minutes without anyone paying me any attention, even though I had already ordered my pizza. I really didn't like that.
