I kept going there because the staff were always very polite, approachable and knowledgeable about the products or their locations. I’ve also had pretty good experiences in other locations I occasionally had to go into. As I recently moved out of WeHo, I started shopping at this store, and the differences are stark. I did not expect to see so much rudeness, boredom and lack of interest in doing one’s job. You ask a staff member a question (typically when I try to locate a product), and they give off that energy of a person who doesn’t want to be there and who’s doing you a massive favor by even looking at you. I honestly think most workers are plain miserable and bored. Sorry guys, but you’re ruining the reputation of your brand. Please do better!

- BDBrandy DiazAug 9, 20264.0This is my go-to Pavilions, I’m in here at least twice a week. The upgrades and the quality of the produce, meat, and wine selection are great. My one big complaint: parking. It’s become a real struggle to find a spot no matter what time I go. Carts are left scattered all over the lot, food truck customers are eating into the parking spaces, and there’s unused space that could easily be put to better use. It’s genuinely making me reconsider how often I shop here, just because of the hassle of circling for parking. Hopefully it gets under control soon.

This one gets the three because at times the shower and the locker area is horrible but this specific time that I went on this particular day, it was pretty clean.
