I went to Patra's yesterday to pick up a breakfast burrito—something we’ve ordered many times over the years. Unfortunately, this was the third disappointing visit in a row, and we won’t be coming back.
I’m not sure what changed, but they used to be consistently on point. Now it feels like a completely different place. The burrito was overpriced—I was charged $14.33 (cash) even though their own website lists it at $11.50—and the quality didn’t come close to justifying the cost.
I specifically asked for crispy bacon and hash browns, and both were soggy. For a simple breakfast burrito, that’s a pretty basic expectation to miss. It’s especially frustrating because they used to get it right every time.
Based on my experience and what I’ve seen in recent reviews, it seems like there’s been a noticeable decline. At this point, it’s just too expensive for what you get—and not good enough to make up for it.

I don't get it. That was super busy. The food was expensive which would have been fine if it was quality food. But it was like the burger and fries were from the freezer at food 4 less. Iceberg lettuce. Extremely low quality patties. Cheap frys, The absolute cheapest, crappiest American cheese you can possibly buy. It doesn't come standard, you have to pay extra for cheese.

I ordered online to just pickup my order and have a good meal home as I always do whenever I come
Here to only find out my order was cancelled and no kind of notification or a courtesy call to offer something else instead. I was already treated rudely by possibly the owner saying I'm busy at the moment and was told nothing we can do. The cook canceled and didn't even feel sorry that they canceled because they ran out of what I ordered. Fine but don't treat your customers like that regardless if you are busy. Not good customer service. Will never come
Here again.

Got our cheeseburgers to go since it was HOT in there next to the grill and it made for a great afternoon picnic with a friend 🍔 theres just nothing like a fresh made charred delicious burger patty and then the ABC burger has avocado, bacon and cheese. AND THE FRIES ARE SO GOOD
