- IVIgor VJul 25, 20261.0The behavior of the staff at this pizzeria was appalling. I arrived to pick up my order at the scheduled time. One of the employees told me I needed to wait about 5–10 minutes for it to be ready. I waited 10 minutes. During that time, the employee kept rushing over to ask for name repeatedly, then searching for empty boxes labeled with names. After the 10-minute wait, he came over and said the order would be ready in 2 minutes. Another 5 minutes passed. I finally decided to ask where my order was. He started searching for labeled boxes again and then claimed the order would take another 10 minutes. He said 'I'm sorry' and rushed off to prepare it—hurriedly rolling out the dough, spreading on the tomato paste, and adding cheese and other toppings. It turned out my order hadn't even been started yet. He also kept asking for the name on the order over and over. Throughout all this, the employee was snickering and laughing while sharing this situation with his kitchen colleague. In the end, I had to wait 45–50 minutes for my order. Appalling behavior by the employee. This shift was working between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM on July 24, 2026.
