This morning—Saturday, June 27—I went to the counter, and a lady in the back shouted at me that the pizza would take over 20 minutes, acting as if preparing it was a nuisance. I’m leaving this comment because it’s not the first time this has happened. When I’ve gone there and other employees were working, the service was much better and the orders were ready faster. They really ought to give that lady a warning—or at least have her put on a pleasant face. Not everyone should have to put up with the way she treats customers. La pizza allí es muy rica. Lástima la pésima atención al cliente que ofrece la señora. Vine hoy sábado 27 de junio en la mañana y solo me acerqué al mostrador, luego esta señora desde la parte de atrás de la tienda me gritó bien fuerte diciendo que la pizza demora más de 20 minutos . Cómo si le molestara preparar las pizzas. Hago este comentario porque no es la primera vez que vez que pasa. Cuando he venido y están otros empleados el trato es mucho mejor y las órdenes están más rápido. Deberían empezar un Warning con esta señora Almenos para que haga buena cara. No todos tenemos la mala suerte que unidas tiene esta señora para tener que aguantar su mal trato hacia los clientes.
