She served me with a look on her face like she was thinking, “Why are you even here?” She needs to smile more and be friendlier. It made the whole experience unpleasant. The food was great, but the customer service really needs to improve.

I was having a hard time a while back and needed a daily bagel (sometimes 2) to keep me going. She learned my name and never batted an eye over my level of carb consumption (rare for Los Angeles). Anyhow, give her a raise!!
