- AAAvi5 days ago1.0Absolutely disappointing. I specifically requested toasted bagels in the app AND called the store to remind them because they forgot last time. Somehow, they STILL forgot again. How hard is it to follow one simple instruction? To make matters worse, they just throw six bagels into one bag instead of packaging them individually. Lazy service and zero attention to detail. Also, no utensils or napkins included. This place tries to pass itself off as a New York bagel shop, but it doesn’t even come close. A complete waste of time and money. Never ordering here again.
