I come here while I’m charging at the Tesla station, and the atmosphere feels like a bagel shop in NY. Good people, good food, great coffee. Dennise is awesome too.

When I came here they didnt have my order, and when I showed the manager my screen with the order, it magically printed out. What really rubbed me wrong was how rude she was, and still tried to blame me, asking me if I just made the order, after talking to her. Like I had some mega scheme plan going on. So ridiculous and so unprofessional. Mistakes happen, I am totally ok with that. Just own it, and provide the service you promised. **** Updating my review, at least they prepped the food fast and had it all for us. But still the manager was col when she gave it to me. No apology, or smoothing things out. I wonder what would have happened if I didn't have "The Evidence" ****
