I can no longer stay silent, so I am finally leaving this review.
Every Sunday morning, I use the drive-thru at this location to buy breakfast. Almost every time, my order is handed to me by the same young Asian male employee who regularly works the drive-thru window on Sunday mornings. After so many visits, I immediately recognize him, and unfortunately every negative experience I have had at this location has involved this same employee.
To be completely honest, I cannot remember a single time when my order was given to me correctly with all of the items I paid for. There is almost always something missing. The common factor in every bad experience I have had at this location is this particular employee. Whether it is missing items, rude behavior, or poor customer service, the problems always seem to involve him.
On one occasion, I checked my order before leaving and noticed that an item was missing. When I politely pointed it out, instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake, he became irritated and insisted that he had given me everything I ordered.
I then showed him my receipt to prove that an item was missing. Even after seeing the receipt, he handed me the missing item with a rude attitude and without any apology. When I mentioned that he was being unprofessional and unfriendly, he responded as if he did not care at all and simply shut the window in my face.
As a regular customer who visits almost every Sunday, this has become extremely frustrating. I honestly do not understand how someone who is consistently rude, repeatedly gets orders wrong, and shows so little regard for customers is still allowed to work there.
Mistakes can happen in any business. However, what is unacceptable is the repeated lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and complete disregard for customers. I spend my money at this location regularly, and I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I continue to receive.
If this happens again in the future, I will not stay silent. I will make sure management is fully aware of what is happening and will continue to share my experience publicly so that other customers know what to expect.
Very disappointing experience. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service and quality control.
