  Unbelievable service from McDonald’s. We ordered breakfast through the app before breakfast ended and went to pick it up afterward. At first, I walked in to pick up my order, but no one even made eye contact or asked if I needed help. Everyone seemed too busy, so I stood there waiting for someone to assist me. Finally, someone helped me, but she said they couldn’t make my order because I had to arrive before breakfast ended at 10:30. Is that really true? We already paid in advance — we were only there to pick up the food. I arrived around 10:45 and even waited about 10 more minutes just to get help. In the end, they refused to give me the food that I had already ordered and paid for. That’s crazy and very unprofessional service.

  No, I'm not angry. I finished my order at 5:33 pm. There were two other people in the store. 10 minutes later another person came in and ordered. My order was a basic Big Mac meal. No special requests. 5 minutes later the person who came in after me got their order. I was going to cancel mine and was looking up my credit card company number to cancel the charge when my number was calmed at 5:51. In 18 minutes they put out 3 orders. Honestly, I don't know how they stay in business with the low volume of sales. The food: Fries. Warm but tasted like they had been out of the fryer over an hour. Burger: meat had dry texture and steamed taste. I love Big Macs, but not this one. It was luke warm. Drink: Dr. Pepper. Pretty normal but an off aftertaste. There were people working but none came out except to bring items to the counter. When I walk out in a minute, I am going to check the drive through to see if it has a big line. From the inside, I didn't see enough activity to indicate that it was slammed. But I will check and update this review as needed.

  Muy bien lo unico malo es que dejan entrar mucho indigente no es racismo ni nada de eso lo que pasa es que su olor esta bien feo es un poco incomodo comer asi 🙏🙏 disculpen
