Twice have I been here at different times. I understand its an extra charge for sauce, and I hate that they get ugly offended when ask for an extra sauce and ask for money, I get it some customers get ugly about it too. Yet when I say its OK and pay the extra cents they dont added it into my bag. Twice has it happen when they dont even put NO SAUCE in my bag. The last time I went and spoke to the person giving my order and explained to her that last time I didnt get any sauce she made the scrunchies face. As if I was asking her to pay for my meal look. Different attitudes from take my order was great but the person handing out the order was out right rude giving me attitude.

McDonald’s can be really good when it’s fresh. My issue is that the customer is being charged the same price for two materially different products: fresh fries vs. limp old fries crispy hash brown vs. leathery hash brown soft bagel vs. stale and rock hard fresh nuggets vs. old nuggets that have clearly been sitting same with burgers/chicken sandwiches, seemingly everything And yeah, I understand why they stretch holding times: throwing food away costs money. But that cost shouldn’t quietly get transferred to me in the form of worse food at full price. Either maintain the quality standard, disclose that it’s old, discount it, or throw it out. Don’t make freshness a lottery.

Visited this location yesterday at 9 PM and was pleased with my meal. The Big Mac tasted great, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any of the special sauce packets available for purchase. They did offer a large fries and drinks combo deal which was a nice surprise. Overall, it's your average fast food joint, nothing too out of the ordinary.

I gave it a low score because I ordered on the app and I bought the fifa breakfast meal and it come with a cup and it own box. f First i did not like that a young girl in the front keep on asking me if I need help with ordering in a tone not too friendly. second was when I got my order and I ask her friendly that if my order shouldn't it come in a box but she keep on telling me that it was an online order and that I need to pay extra for my food to come in a bag or box. which I find that unfair because we are already paying more for the promotion fifa meal. other mcdonald's that I have gone to and gotten my food from offer it in its own boxing. Just for that meal and I never had to pay extra for my meal to be bag. McDonald's please do better haven't you guys already make more money you guys lift up the prices. Now you guys wanna start charge us to just put our food in a bag. Not cool mcdonald's.
