  Ordered a double quarter pounder. Got two regular burnt patties. Nephew also got a double quarter pounder and same thing.

  Antonio gave us such great service at the drive thru today. I had a slightly modified order because my kids wanted Happy Meals and my dad is very picky about his food, and Antonio was patient, kind, and so helpful the entire time. When I pulled up, I was surprised to see how young he was. It was really nice to see a young person providing such thoughtful and professional service. He definitely deserves recognition.

  Not a fan of McDonald’s but my son wanted a little something. Pleasantly surprised by the young lady that took our order 6:40am and the young lady that gave us the order, Both very sweet and genuine. Thank you! Great customer service!!!!!!

  It’s horrible—they always forget something in my order. This isn't the first time I've placed an order for delivery, and they invariably forget to send me something. I just ordered, and I didn't receive my son's milk, nor any napkins, nor ketchup. It wasn't the fault of the person who delivered the food, but rather the staff who are supposed to pay attention to their orders. This isn't the first time they've forgotten something in my order; they charge for everything—even the bag—yet they can't do their jobs properly
