    5/19, Tuesday 6:25pm The crew members are so kind here, especially the manager! I was a bumbling mess cause I get really nervous talking to people,but she was very kind and patient with me! Thank you very much!

    I wish I could give a zero because the customer service was terrible they refused to give me my breakfast order that I placed on their app. The team member claimed they cancelled my order and I would automatically be refunded in the app within 24 hours but that never happened and it's been almost two weeks since the incident. They stated that breakfast ended 5 minutes earlier. They stole 6,000 points from my account and they are still giving me a hard time refusing to resolve the issue. The general manager named Catalina called me and essentially told me to take the loss because other customers have also taken losses too. This sounds ridiculous and unfair. I have been using this app for years and I have not been back since this happened and will not be until I am made whole. Customer service had the nerve to email me back saying I benefited from the transaction earning points for an order I was refused at drive thru window. To be continued.... Very disappointing

    So I have been driving an extra five minutes to go to this McDonald’s location for the past maybe a month or so because the next McDonald’s on Vermont is absolute trash. Everything has been OK, not amazing, just OK up until today. The manager, Evelyn tried to get into an argument with me over a bag. A BAG, may I state again. After ordering over $80 worth of food, for my family of six, I have to argue with the manager over a bag with handles? I don’t know. I just feel like all the McDonald’s in Koreatown are operated by the same group or family and this is what is impacting the low reviews on both of these locations coincidentally on Vermont. Your manager, Evelyn. Be taught that the customers happiness comes first, especially when they spend over a certain amount of money. Evelyn then proceeded to laugh in my face after she ended up giving me the bag with NO handles and also lied saying that there is no bag with handles when just yesterday, an employee at the same location gave me one. I don’t know. I know fast food is fast and not perfect, but a whole argument over a bag? Just - ugh.

    If I’m allowed to give 0 stars, I would give this store zero star this isn’t the first or last time that we’ve had so many problems here the manager named Evelyn was here today and all we asked her for it because we purchased almost $80 worth of food and she didn’t wanna give us one of those Doordash bags and ones for the big ones which I work in fast food service. I know that we’re allowed to give anyone a bag no matter what kind of bag it is if it’s a lot of food we should be able to put in a bigger bag to accommodate. The customer is always right isn’t that the slogan?. Not only that she walked away and was very rude. Also so many Time we order a 40 or 20 price chicken nugget and they never give us enough sauce do you think it’s fair to get only one barbecue for a 20 or a 40 piece to me that’s not fair at all . Not only that they allow people to bet for food while waiting in the Long drive through lines I have picture as proof. Which is to say nothing bad on the homeless guy, but shouldn’t they be making sure that there aren’t people here begging for money or doing drugs right outside of the drive-through while there could be kids in the car looking at him do that that is totally unethical and unprofessional and also on private property.

    This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.. I order my food 15 minutes before getting there and I get there and I still had to wait 25 extra minutes to get my order.
