    People have attitudes like we don't have a dollar menu here and expect to wait 30 minutes for a meal on an empty restaurant

    I ordered and paid for my food online. When I arrived, my order was already prepared and sitting behind the counter, but no one called my name or handed me my food. I waited for about 10 minutes, and none of the staff acknowledged me or asked if I was there to pick up an order. I eventually had to leave without my food because I couldn’t wait any longer. I lost my money and left hungry. This was a very disappointing experience

    At the McDonald's located at 3868 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90063, I stopped by at 11:30 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, hoping to grab a coffee, but they had already run out. Coffee was the only thing I came in for, so I ended up leaving without making a purchase. For customers coming late, having basic items like coffee available until closing could really help with sales.

    I went through the drive thru and told the employee what I wanted, but my order was not repeated back to me for confirmation. When I received my order, it was incorrect. I asked for a plain cheeseburger, but I was given a regular cheeseburger with toppings. I also ordered the Number 1 combo, but instead I was given a frappe. I was told to wait and pay the difference, which I did, but then I was only given the hamburger instead of the full combo meal. When I pointed out the mistakes, the employee became upset rather than helping resolve the issue. The customer service was very poor, and the entire experience was frustrating. The staff would benefit from better training to ensure orders are taken and fulfilled correctly.

    The orange juice is watered down and you taste more water than orange juice. Service was okay but could be better. I chose this McDonald's because I was in a hurry. Breakfast has gotten expensive for one person 🤦🏼‍♀️
