  the lady who took our order was so rude! We asked for the bathroom and she said “okay.” and we asked if it was open and she shrugged!! You work here lady!

  I've been too this location a couple of times and each time my order is not done correctly. Bad customer service and it's always dirty inside.

  I went here this morning rushing to the hospital but needed something to eat and drink service was quick through the drive through but they gave me some Xtra Extra strong coffee. With 6 sugars and 8 creamers the coffee still tasted bitter and harsh and also, my hash brown was very crunchy no softness to it at all. I honestly believe this thing. Being you are one of the last restaurants before you arrive to the hospital. Service needs to be a lot better and with compassion when preparing orders, because NOT everyone is able to turn right back around to have their order to be fixed. Also WE should NOT be subject to be stuck with food or drinks that we pay for that and a able to enjoy.

  If I could rate this McDonald’s a zero I would, I went to the restaurant around 1 AM through the drive-through and I placed an order and I asked the worker who was a male and he has dark hair. I believe he’s Latino. I asked him for a cup of ice and instead he gives me a cup of water so I tell him no can I get a cup of only ice please and he talks behind my back to his coworker and then gives me the ice and closes the window on me and I was going to ask him to give me a straw and before I could ask him, he slams the window shut and didn’t come back like sorry it’s so difficult for you to give me a cup of ice. I know you have to go out of your way to do that for me like if you don’t like working Customer Service just don’t work there. Go work in the kitchen or something if you don’t like dealing with people. I wasn’t even asking for anything difficult.
