  An absolute mess of origination at this location! My order number was called, so I was confused . It wasn't sitting on the counter. I asked the rude Hispanic woman, " You called my order". She brings the tray from back of house ! I was stunned. Food was cold..hamburgers were small. I left angry and still hungry.

  Great food and even better service! The staff here always greets me with a smile, and my order is ready in no time. I love their fresh fries and McFlurry – a perfect treat every time!

  You use the self service machine, you "MUST" pick a number to complete your order. At the end, "YOU NEED TO PICK UP YOUR FOOD, EVEN THOUGH THERES A BUNCH OF EMPLOYEES TO SERVE YOUR ORDER." Now, when you pick up, there "A LOT" of people covering the way. Food was cold, didn't taste good. Also, there are many homeless trying to talk to you. Not a good place!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I went through the drive-thru and was given the wrong receipt, which already caused confusion. I also clearly asked for no mayo and no lettuce on my order, but my food still came with both. When I pulled up to get everything corrected, instead of receiving help, I was met with attitude and rudeness from the staff. The lack of professionalism and poor attention to detail made the situation frustrating. Overall, this experience was unacceptable and definitely not what I expect when paying for a meal. This happened may 2nd around 11:40 pm.

  If I were a mystery shopper, this store would've failed!!! I ordered at 4:25pm and left almost an hour later!!! it seemed they forgot to make my order! I went up to the counter twice & it wasn't until that second time that they took me seriously. I did not get the guys name but he at least made sure to make my order on the spot since they forgot for those 50 minutes! My nephews kept wondering why their food was taking so long, they were hungry, and it was overall an unpleasant experience. I saw them skip over so many people who were actually waiting and calling out numbers for people who weren't even showing up. It wasn't until people would go up to ask what was up with their order that they would get to it. Disappointed.
