    I ordered an iced Americano. I paid at the first window and received my drink at the second window. When I got the coffee, I noticed that it only had a few ice cubes in it, so it wasn't very cold. Since it wasn't cold enough, it tasted a bit dull, so I politely asked if they could add a little more ice. However, the employee simply said, "You need to ask..." and pointed toward the first window where I had paid. What surprised me was that I was standing at the second window where I received the drink, and there was an ice machine right in front of the employee. It seemed that they were refusing to add a few ice cubes and were implying that I should have requested extra ice at the first window before paying. In my experience, McDonald's employees are usually friendly and helpful, and a simple request like adding a little more ice is normally not a problem. Because of that, this employee's response felt unnecessarily dismissive and unhelpful.McDonald's vanilla iced coffee is my favorite, and I personally drink it almost every day. However, the iced coffee I received today seemed like it had been made 30 minutes earlier and left sitting around. Most of the ice had already melted, so it was barely cold by the time I got it. I tried a sip or two, but it was lukewarm and tasted dull. In the end, I threw it in the trash because it simply wasn't enjoyable to drink.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. Many of the younger employees seem unmotivated and lack basic customer service skills. The managers were not much better and often came across as dismissive or annoyed when customers asked for assistance. Instead of helping resolve issues, they seemed to have an attitude and made the experience frustrating. I came through the drive-through to pick up my online order, but I had a very difficult time understanding the employee taking my order. The communication barriers made the ordering process confusing and frustrating. In my opinion, anyone working in a customer-facing position should be able to speak and understand English clearly enough to communicate with customers, answer questions, and handle orders accurately. When I politely asked to speak to a manager, I was told no and informed that I would have to leave the drive-through. I found this response unprofessional and unhelpful. The food quality was also disappointing. The food tasted old, as if it had been sitting out for hours instead of being freshly prepared. Overall, the service, management, communication, and food quality did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
