  Manager Alejandra doesn't greet customers when she is at the register she always appears to be mad VERY RUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES I'm a regular customer here and is always the same attitude. Pluses do something about it business may looses more customers

  I passed by at 5:10 AM since I go to work at 6 am . In my opinion their coffee is pretty strong and I like it without having to pay that star.bucks saving individual as I am .. I like to save money Their service was pretty fast.. my order was 100% accurate … 2 ketchups and 2 Mexican sauces … I can tell tha the lady in the drive through had just woke up and wasn’t friendly at all but that’s understandable … who would be at that time lol

  I want to recognize NERE, a manager at McDonald’s, for her amazing customer service. I called because some iced coffees I purchased didn’t taste right, and instead of rushing the conversation, she truly listened and cared. She remade the coffees herself, walked them out to my car, and made sure I was happy. Her kindness and dedication really stood out. There should be more people like NERE. I also want to mention ZENDAYA. Every time I go through the drive-thru, she always greets customers with a smile and such a positive attitude. She’s incredibly sweet, always happy, and truly a wonderful people person. She also has beautiful eyes and a very warm presence. Employees like ZENDAYA make the experience so much better. Quiero reconocer a NERE, gerente en McDonald’s, por su increíble servicio al cliente. Llamé porque unos cafés helados que compré no sabían bien, y en lugar de apresurarse, ella se tomó el tiempo para escuchar y preocuparse por la situación. Preparó nuevamente los cafés ella misma, los llevó hasta mi carro y se aseguró de que yo estuviera satisfecha. Su amabilidad y dedicación realmente se destacan. Debería haber más personas como NERE. También quiero mencionar a ZENDAYA. Cada vez que paso por el drive-thru, siempre tiene una sonrisa y una actitud muy positiva. Es muy dulce, siempre parece feliz y es una persona excelente para tratar con la gente. También tiene unos ojos hermosos y transmite mucha amabilidad.
