- TDTodd Dang2 days ago1.0Got here hoping for a quick bite and rest. First, went to use restroom but it was out of order then order on the kiosh but didn't print out ticket. Restaurant smell moldy (not a good sign). Hardly anyone was working and long wait time so end up just leaving without getting my food as I will be late. So I would never ever go to this McDonald. Even the one in skid row downtown LA is much better than this one.

I ordered in the kiosk, sat down and a few minutes later a gentleman came to me saying that the decaf coffee was not ready and if wanted to wait a couple of minutes or get a regular coffee. I said I could wait, he offered to bring my food which he did but also brought a cup of water. The place was busy so I guess he forgot about my decaf coffee, I went to the counter to tell him about my coffee, he apologized and went to get my coffee, gave it to my, a larger size that the one I ordered and also offered to give a hash brown for the inconvenience. I said no but I did appreciate his sincere effort to fix the issue. We all make mistakes, the difference resides in the way you fix them. Kudos to this gentleman at McDonalds this morning.
