  Don't like the fact that you need a code to enter to the restrooms, but I understand why it is needed. Employees should be more conscious about this and provide the code when customers ask for it.

  3 ocaciones he llegado a las 4 de la mañana el autoservicio no lo atienden yo debo llegar a la ventanilla y aún así no les importa otras ocasiones he querido comprar café y no tienen hecho es un pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo

  I clearly told the guy no cheese and even repeated it at the window , he’s going to say yeah. Coffee has no sugar added. And too top it off some guy was at the ordering station asking for free handouts and getting mad when I said no

  I've visited many locations, but the experience here was incredibly disappointing. The store is unorganized and visibly dirty. The most frustrating part was the workflow: I used the kiosk to save time, but it wouldn't process payment, forcing me to wait in a long register line anyway. I waited 20 minutes for a simple order of 4 hash browns and 2 coffees. To make matters worse, the crew was arguing with each other in front of customers. While it's clear the manager is trying to keep things moving, the current staff and cleanliness standards are not meeting the mark.

  I've gone to 3 different McDonald within the last 3 weeks and they have all been clean, the service was good, and the food (mine - big breakfast deluxe) was hot and delicious. The amount of food you get: 3 pancakes, round sausage patties, 2 pieces of bacon, hash browns, and an English muffins for $7.99 was/is a great value. Prior to a month ago, I had not eating at this franchise in about 8 years. It's good to see they're using quality ingredients, tho I'm not sure they use cracked eggs with all these breakfast sandwiches and platters
