  5/17/26 The service was very bad, orders were done incorrectly, then the air conditioning was -0 degrees. The service was very bad. I've always come to this place since 2017, but now I'm never coming back. Thank you .

  I guess the Fliet O Fish No. 8, French fries, and Sprite is good while it is my favorite. It is good. However, a playground is sadly closed, the service would have get a good food. Nice place!

  Este lugar es uno de mis áreas más cercanas para venir con mis hijos, pero me decepcióna la atención y el servicio al cliente que ofrecen acá, me dieron mi pedido sin servilletas y me hizo falta las salsas y una soda al momento de pedirle a la señora que estaba atendiendo que por favor me diera lo que me hacía falta, ella me hizo esperar mucho tiempo y me dió las cosas de mal humor, lo que me desepcionp demasiado, por favor Mcdonalds investiguen la forma en que sus empleados tratan a los cliente

  I recently visited McDonald's and tried their new Big Arch Burger. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces available, and there is also a drive-thru for convenience. However, the area immediately outside the restaurant was a concern. There appears to be an ongoing issue with people loitering nearby, and there was a strong odor upon entering. I also noticed individuals using the exterior of the building inappropriately. To their credit, there was an on-site security guard who was actively addressing the situation and asked multiple individuals to leave while I was there. Inside, the restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. I ordered the Big Arch Burger with fries and a Dr Pepper and chose to dine in. Unfortunately, my order was handed to me without napkins or condiments. By the time I noticed, the line had already built up again, so I didn’t go back, but it was definitely a miss and cost them a star. As for the food, the Big Arch Burger was underwhelming and didn’t live up to the hype or its premium price. On the other hand, the fries were excellent, hot, crispy, and fresh out of the fryer, exactly what you expect from McDonald’s. Overall, I’d rate this location 3 out of 5 stars. Clean interior and great fries, but the surrounding environment and small service oversights leave room for improvement.
