I truly hope that if you are considering this location, you choose Beverley hills instead. I’ve been to plenty of Mastros, but this was by the far the most horrendous customer experience, food quality, and environment that I’ve experienced. From the start, the live music was terrible. The restrooms were disgusting with vomit on toilet seats. The waiter was far from pleasant and the food took forever to arrive. I’ve never had distasteful food from Mastros, but this location has proved to me that even the most expensive plate can taste disgusting. I have never been one to leave a review such as this one for a restaurant, but when you are paying 300$+ for a meal, you’d expect it to be edible and for the experience to be lovely. I made a reservation here as a surprise for my significant other, and I am devastated by how the experience went. I would never return to this location and I advise everyone to look elsewhere if what you are looking for is fine dining and quality service. Avoid at all costs!
I dined here for dinner and ordered lobster mashed potatoes, steak, and a few appetizers. Shortly after the meal, I experienced food poisoning and was sick for a few days
I called the restaurant to report the issue and raise concerns about their food quality, but the customer service was very disappointing. They did not offer any solution, nor did they apologize for the situation. A staff member said they would inform the manager and that I would receive a follow up call, but that never happened. I called twice and waited over a week without any response.
Overall, this was a very poor dining and customer service experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I'm sorry to say, what happened to fine dining and why did two of the four dishes on our table fail?
Your sea bass was a brick of rubber, and the scallops were a hit or miss. You can do better. And the service you need is a few more to keep up with your demands. When that's paying says Flanigan's restaurant is better, there's a problem. Step it up, guys

The rack of lamb cooked with Rosemary was excellent. Norwegian salmon as well including the delectable Tapenade. Sides come separately with great options and we’re well done. The butter cake is great! Service top notch.

Lakers game first, then dinner at Mastro's Ocean Club—a very reasonable way to continue the evening.
Sat on the patio—great vibes, ocean air. We had oysters, sushi, lobster mac and Chilean sea bass (all elite behavior).
Shoutout to Arnold, who wasn’t even our server but somehow became part of our dinner crew. Helped clear the table, was super kind, and even met Sonny who is apparently the real headliner of the night.
At one point we thought we fully lost Sonny. Panic levels rising… turns out he had just wandered off to conduct a very important investigation of the butter cake at the next table.
10/10 night. 10/10 Arnold. 10/10 Sonny being Sonny.
