moo ping, jade noodle, crab meat fried rice are FIREEE. My second time here, tried two new dishes, one is the eggplant with green curry and roti for appetizers and the drunken noodle. The roti was not greasy at all which I love about it!! The crab meat fried rice is so big portion, could be share by 4-5ppl. We didn’t finish it by 2 ppl so we saved it for next days breakfast lol. Still so good and would definitely come again if I’m visiting LA again in the future!

Quick trip to LA and Luv2Eat Thai popped up while looking for a quick meal with GF options near our hotel. The ambiance definitely wasn’t the vibe we were looking for 😂, but don’t let the strip-mall setting fool you—the food was amazing!
They’ve earned Michelin recognition year after year, and it’s easy to see why. The place was packed on a weeknight with a steady stream of takeout orders. Bonus points for the sign-in pen that’s somehow half pen, half plastic spoon 😂🥄.
Everything was packed with flavor. The crab fried rice, pineapple fried rice, Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were all fantastic. Some specialties can take longer during busy periods, and we were starving, so we’ll have to save those for next time.
If you’re in the area looking for great This place is legit! 🔥🇹🇭

We used to love this place but since returning, the good was so lacking!
Our part of 4 arrived on a Tuesday evening and were surprised they had a full house. After waiting a few minutes, we were seated near the back of the restaurant.
The food as reviewed:
1: pad sew ew 5/5, best of all the dishes
2: chicken satay 2/5, lacking in flavor and tasted like it was steamed
3: tom kha soup: 2/5, way too sweet, not hot, and no flavor balance
4: khao soi noodles soup 3/5, soup base was very flavorful but too salty. After a few bites it made it harder to go down because of the salt level
5: chicken laarb 2/5, chicken was dry and lacking veggies and herbs
6: tiger steak 4/5, flavor was good but was over cooked
7: pink milk drink 1/5, tasted like that pink bunny mixed drink, very fake tasting and overpriced
Overall the food quality significantly went down. There were floaties in the water.
The only really positive thing was the fast and friendly service. It felt like the love was missing in the cooking. Sad.

I went to LA for the first time, craving authentic Thai food, which is really hard to find in the U.S. I would say this is exactly what I used to eat with my parents and family when I was in Thailand.☺️
I would rate the Thai crispy pork stir-fry at a “PHENOMENAL” level. It is even better than many restaurants in Thailand itself. Usually, it is really hard to keep the pork crispy after some time because the sauce softens it, but not with this dish! Also, the flavor is not too fishy, spicy, or sweet. Everything is in perfect harmony.
Every dish we ordered here was a 10/10. The only minor comment is that the fried rice, which came in a large portion, was just a little soggy. We understand that it is a big challenge to keep fried rice perfectly dry in such a large serving, so it was completely fine, especially because the two crispy dishes on our table complemented it well.
This restaurant has definitely earned a spot on my must-visit list whenever I come back. I honestly don’t know if I will be able to find a better or even similar Thai restaurant after I move to the Bay Area. 🥹🥹
