  Great pizza when they get it right! Sadly they're not consistent enough to warrant a favorable review. With the price they charge, they absolutely earned these 1-stars. Where do I start? First, they use Uber Eats for delivery. This inflates the price with a delivery charge. If you like more toppings than just pepperoni, after tip, you're consistently paying at least $60 FOR A SINGLE PIE! Two orders ago, the Uber Eats driver decided to keep his car parked four blocks down, and didn't even start driving to the restaurant until the food was already supposed to be delivered. Then after he picked it up, he delivered something else somewhere else, then delivered it not only ice-cold, but the safety sticker was opened! I left a negative review on their app, and it said they would contact me, but they never did. My order after that was fine, but no kudos here, folks! I ordered again today, and instead of following the special instructions, they just piled ALL of the toppings on one side. It was supposed to be one-half with pepperoni, mushrooms, and olive (how my partner likes it), and the other side with pepperoni, onions, sausage, and bell pepper (how my mother-in-law likes it). When it arrived, ALL of the toppings were piled on one side, with only pepperoni on the other side. I called them this time, and the guy started making excuses right away: "The morning shift just left and I just got here." He looked the order up, but TWICE completely ignored my special instructions, and tried saying there were none. After pushing him, he finally acknowledged the special instructions. He offered a redo, but I would have to pick it up. I can't do that, because I caregive for my partner 24/7. I ordered (and paid for) delivery for a reason. I'm never ordering from this Joe's Pizza location ever again. Abysmal service, numbskulls who won't read, and usage of Uber Eats instead of delivering it themselves makes it an expensive gamble every time. This is really sad, because when they do get it right, they're the best pizza in town.

  Ordered ahead for pick-up after work; Pizza was ready within 5 minutes of schedule time. Delicious.

  To go orders. Two tiny tables in the parking lot. Great NYC style pies by the slice. And their white pizza is legit
