They were understaffed and their order completion was taking very long. Poor management and poor staff communication.

I know what I drink I know what I order and I know exactly how it's supposed to look and taste The little girl arguing with me telling me this is how it's supposed to be, when in fact I know what it's supposed to look like and supposed to taste like. It is the only drink I ever order. So you literally do not know what it is supoosed to look like or taste. The little girl made it exactly the wrong way a second time...i got my money back and left and i will not be returning to this Jamba Juice again. The little Hispanic girl who opened on 9/10/22 was rude and disrespectful, yall need to have a conversation with her about customer service. I was not the only one she was rude to.
