- TSTamara Slade3 days ago1.0Whoever was on shift today at 7am showed up late. I saw a petite dark haired employee walk in at 7:16am. I politely tried to ask if I got the hours right (did they open at 7am or was the sign incorrect?) but I couldn’t get a word out besides “excuse me” before she rudely cut me off and yelled at me”NOTHING IS OPEN! CAN YOU GIVE ME A FEW MINUTES?!” Which quite frankly shocked me because who speaks like that, especially when they’re in the wrong? Anyway whoever runs this location should know this is how one of their employees act. Needless to say, I didn’t get my Jamba for fear of this lady spitting in my food with her uncalled for aggression. Also as I type this the location is still not open as of 7:26am.

They were understaffed and their order completion was taking very long. Poor management and poor staff communication.
