- MMMaria Mene5 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience at this Jamba Juice Sunday night 10/18 around 2:10pm. I ordered a large drink but was given a medium. The employee seemed distracted and questioned me when I pointed out the mistake, even though my order was for a large. There was also confusion about the boost that was supposed to be included for free with my drink. She initially told me she would charge me for it, then changed that. She didn’t seem familiar with what was included in my order. When I asked the shift leader, Matthew, for the employee’s name and a phone number to reach the manager, he said he couldn’t provide either. His response did little to address my frustration. In addition all the gurls who were working there today have horrible attitudes no friendly customer service at all. No customer service skills. Mistakes happen, but customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly explain their order and question charges to get it right. I expected more attentive service, better knowledge of the menu, and more helpful handling of my concerns.

But this is the 3rd time here when I am served by a guy (mid 20s) with glasses, tells me there is no extra. But today he tells me I ordered without whey protein, yet I paid for the price with whey protein.
