But this is the 3rd time here when I am served by a guy (mid 20s) with glasses, tells me there is no extra. But today he tells me I ordered without whey protein, yet I paid for the price with whey protein.

Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing because of the customer service I received. The employee who assisted me did not greet me or ask what I wanted. She simply waited for me to say my order while giving me an uncomfortable and unwelcoming look. On top of that, my large smoothie was not even filled to the brim, which was frustrating considering how expensive the drinks are. I normally enjoy Jamba Juice, but customer service and consistency really matter. I hope management can improve the experience for loyal customers.
