  I usually enjoy coming to Jamba Juice in Chatsworth, which is why I signed up for the rewards program. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing because of the customer service I received. The employee who assisted me did not greet me or ask what I wanted. She simply waited for me to say my order while giving me an uncomfortable and unwelcoming look. On top of that, my large smoothie was not even filled to the brim, which was frustrating considering how expensive the drinks are. I normally enjoy Jamba Juice, but customer service and consistency really matter. I hope management can improve the experience for loyal customers.

  I've been getting a smoothie every day after I workout out for a few weeks. Every time I go to this location and ask for extra thick it comes out runny. I explained this to the girl today, and she was somewhat combative about it. I let her know the location on Devonshire makes it perfect every time by adding less liquid. She informed me "How this store does it"'. Again, it's runny. I thought I'd give this location one more shot, as it's more convenient. Bad idea. By the time I get two lights away it's like drinking milk with stuff in it. Very disappointed. UPDATE: I receive a reply to this, thinking they were actually addressing my problem. Guiding me to an online survey for the Jamba corporation! Real solutions. A survey. lol

  The service was unusually unwelcoming the past two times I visited. I ordered at the drive-thru Sunday evening (3/15/26) about 9:30pm, when I noticed I no longer get asked my number or if I have the app. When I got to the window with the app open, the girl was trying to hand me my drink when she paused & had to turn around and grab the scanner. Then I handed her my card and she grabbed my card between her fingers with the same hand she was holding my drink. She seemed very disorganized & all over the place. After handing me my card & drink, she slammed the window shut. She didn't give me a chance to ask for a couple of napkins or anything. I left feeling annoyed and a bit irritated with her demeanor & terrible customer service.

  My go to drink is apples and greens and they always make right at this location. love it

  I bye the green drink and it was just half cup for the drink because I ordered it no ice and I paid almost $18 and something really!!!?
