However, the cashier immediately examined the coupon and informed me that the store was not participating in the promotion. This was surprising, as I had recently purchased the same items from the store and had received a coupon from Jamba Juice. The cashier then claimed to be the manager but insisted that I contact my store manager. The manager contacted the store manager, who confirmed that the coupons were only valid in the South Bay area. I informed the cashier that I did not reside in the South Bay area, which contradicted the manager’s statement. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, the cashier simply left my items on the counter without acknowledging me. This experience exemplifies poor customer service by Olinda M.
