- XFXander FarrJun 21, 20261.0Today there was a promotion that ended at 2pm. When I arrived there was a long line, but more than half the staff was just standing around. People had been waiting in line 10 mins already when I got there at 1:55, then the staff announced they would not serve anyone the promo deal after 2pm on the dot. I’m sure corporate would not punish customers for how slow the staff was, when they were clearly at the location and in line in time. It was one girl’s bday, 11 years old, but they refused her and her family bc it was 2:01pm. There was less than a dozen people there, not honoring the promotion for those in line already is wild. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

However, the cashier immediately examined the coupon and informed me that the store was not participating in the promotion. This was surprising, as I had recently purchased the same items from the store and had received a coupon from Jamba Juice. The cashier then claimed to be the manager but insisted that I contact my store manager. The manager contacted the store manager, who confirmed that the coupons were only valid in the South Bay area. I informed the cashier that I did not reside in the South Bay area, which contradicted the manager’s statement. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, the cashier simply left my items on the counter without acknowledging me. This experience exemplifies poor customer service by Olinda M.
