I ordered delivery from here and it was genuinely awful. Crab rangoons - over fried and almost burnt All the chicken dishes had such low quality Chicken as if they only use leftover chicken trim. If the sinew and chewy parts of chicken gross you out, their meat is full of it. The chicken satay was so dry on the stick I thought they sent us jerky The pad Thai was so flavorless and 95% noodles The mango in my sticky rice was black bruised and tasted off. Their pricing is not cheap and literally over a hundred dollars of food and 6 very different dishes. I would not order or visit house of luck again. La has some great Thai and even some random mediocre one would be better than this place.

Mushy, flavorless rice, and overly dry duck. I know the chef looked at this mushy rice, knew it was bad, and still packaged it. Lol. And then owners wonder why no one supports their “family owned business” Spent $100 too.

We were looking for restaurants open nearby and discovered this lowkey Thai spot at 11pm. We ordered takeout in person. We ordered Tom Yum soup with beef, Crying Tiger (grilled beef), and mango sticky rice. The food was surprisingly delicious as we didn’t have high expectations for a restaurant we found at midnight. The mango sticky rice was extremely delicious with fresh sliced mango and warm slightly sweet purple rice mixed perfectly with coconut milk🥭🥥!!! The beef was very well-seasoned despite being a little rough. The Tom Yum was pretty appetizing and sour. We would definitely go back! Ribbit! 🐸
