Not apologetic about it whatsoever very rude the fact that they're out of the food and they charge a lot of money on top of it for their burgers. I see why they have 3.8 stars. You guys might want to consider some new employees and some new management. Also they were playing very loud unappropriate music like metal Rock and I don't think that was the greatest music to be playing for customers to be walking and listening to the tone and the language that was used in the song.
