I went back don't know why the supervisor started talking me Spanish I was like English please I don't why she started talking m3 Spanish I just told give me back my change what owe me that all I am never coming back here again this worst pollo loco learn how take orders not just give what want and charge me money... Plus the burrito was all nasty not even had no chicken still bother me that supervisor started speaking me Spanish I dont speak Spanish lady...

Once I get to the window to pick up my order, I was told “they haven’t made it yet” and was forced to park on the side of the building. Then I waited about 10 minutes to get my order. After I was given cold food, I was able to put my finger in it and it was not hot at all. I ended up getting a refund at 10:43pm, that’s 22 minutes. The manager was very rude when giving me my order and giving me my refund. This is unacceptable

Right from the moment I walked in, the vibe was incredible. The cashiers greeted me with warm smiles, provided fast service, and the manager was absolute perfection—delivering truly unforgettable customer service. On top of that, the food was amazing!
