  I would like to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I experienced at this establishment. This incident involved my 5-year-old daughter, who needed to use the restroom. Despite being a paying customer, I was denied the restroom code after the cashier stated that the restroom was not working. However, it later became clear that both restrooms were fully functional. I found this experience very upsetting and disappointing, especially because I felt I was not given honest information. I believe customers should be treated with honesty, respect, and basic courtesy, particularly when a young child is involved. Because of this experience, I will seriously reconsider returning in the future.

  Service cpuld not get any slower . I userstand these places take longer to make the food. Butbi literally watxjed them have a conversation in between each step like they dodnt have a lobby full of customers. Comple disrogard for peoples time

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Yesterday I was hungry so my family and I went to this Pollo Loco We ordered chicken, Mac n cheese and some horchata. The next day while I was getting ready to go to work I felt nauseous. I THREW UP THE CHICKEN AND MAC N CHEESE. I thought it was a one time thing but no I threw up again and then again, making a total of 3 vomits in ONE morning. My stomach hurts now so much. Because of this I contacted my family that also ate the Pollo Loco with me and said the same thing. One of my family members said that they have thrown up 5 times in one morning and have diarrhea. We have a baby in our family as well that also ate El Pollo Loco and her mom said that the baby also got diarrhea and has thrown up several times. I am beyond disappointed with this place and no longer would recommend for ANYONE to eat here. Because of this place food my family and I have to now go to the hospital. If I could I would give this place ZERO STARS 😡

  Ayer miércoles 6 de Mayo 2026 pasé por el drive thru a comprar un paquete familiar, eso fue en la tarde también compré 2 horchatas . A la hora de haber comido pollo loco de esta tienda mi hija de 2 años empezó con diarrea, vomito 5 veces ayer. Después como a las 10:00pm empese yo la madre con vómito y diarrea toda la noche. Hoy jueves mayo 7 2026 . Mi hija de 12 años empezó con vómito alrededor de las 6:00am. Hoy mi hija de 12 años tenía un examen importante del Estado. Lamentablemente para mí , no la puedo mandar con vómito y malestar estomacal. Es obvio el pollo or el macarrón and cheese , o la horchata estaban contaminados. Es seguro que no están cumpliendo con las reglas de salubridad en cuanto a la preparación de los alimentos. Tengo my recibo a demás pague con tarjeta chase.
