  Hector es muy amable y Alexander también fue muy amable conmigo los felicitas por su gran sevicio, también quiero opinar q ese lugar hacen el pollo muy delicioso y las demás comidas también y por eso siempre vengo aquí es mi lugar favorito

  I will be making a complaint to Corporate not sure how this location has a 4.2 star. I asked for a tostata salad, I was given very little beans rice and chicken and had the nerve to charge me 13. I did bring this to the managers attention his name is Hector. Hope this location shuts down very unprofessional employees. I believe they are doing this to certain customers

  The prices have drastically changed. For gmo food it’s pricey. Their $6 are decent and cilantro sauce tastes good. I’ve came here a lot of times. On a hand full of occasions, the portions have been different meaning seems like they’ve given me less. After talking to a manager he seemed upset. I’m not arguing with anyone just sharing my honest experience.

  I visited this El Pollo Loco location on 09/01/26 to purchase some food, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed not necessarily because of the food, but because of what I witnessed from an employee who appeared to be a manager. The manager who helped me with my order, Alex, was outside in the parking lot drinking next to a black Mercedes J803 What concerned me was that he was still wearing his El Pollo Loco uniform and representing the company while doing so. I personally found this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. When someone is wearing a company uniform and displaying the company’s logo, they are still representing that business in the eyes of customers and the public. Seeing a manager behaving this way while visibly associated with the company does not give a good impression of the standards or professionalism of the location. I believe management should be held to a higher standard because they are supposed to set an example for the rest of the team. I hope the company takes situations like this seriously and addresses them appropriately. Customers should feel confident that the people representing the brand are conducting themselves professionally. I’m sharing this review based on what I personally witnessed during my visit and hope the company looks into it.
