- RCRobert Cole3 days ago2.0It’s 1710 on a Wednesday evening, dinner time right! So I’m in line to order food that took 20 mins to get to the speaker. I try and order a 12 pc chicken dinner, I mean they are a chicken franchise and I’m told it will be another 25 min wait, for chicken! Talk about poor management. So that would be about an hour before even received my order. So I ordered bowls instead which cost me over $60 for 4 chicken bowls and I didn’t leave the line until 1745. Don’t get me wrong food is good, kids working there are top notch but really?? There a thing called trending management should use it.
