  The worst el polo loco I’ve ever been to in my life. They Constantly get your order wrong and when you drive all the way back they act like you’re the problem. I swear this place needs to fire EVERYONE working here. Terrible customer service, slow drive thru, and to top it off your order is completely wrong. I had to go back 3 times in one night. At the end of the night you’re wasting 15-20 minutes just to have rude service and a complete mess of a order.

  Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not so good. Same with the customer service. They need to stock the roja salsa! Every other time I go, they don't have it. That sucks!

  The food is standard. The big issue is the customer service and atmosphere. Ive been to this location a couple of times, the place is always dirty,the floor is a mess with spilled sticky floors. The people that work their dont create a welcoming atmosphere and will straight up ignore guest until we have to say something.

  Disappointing service from front counter employee TAILA today. I was waiting to pick up my order while she stood at the counter. When I asked about it, she gave me a dismissive '1 sec' and ignored me. A delivery driver arrived after me, and she immediately helped him instead while I continued standing there. It took me asking a second time, 2 minutes later, before she silently handed me my order no apology, no acknowledgment. I understand being busy, but ignoring a waiting customer to help someone who arrived later is unprofessional and disrespectful. Hope management addresses this.

  Extremely unprofessional treatment of delivery drivers. The employees at this location repeatedly expect drivers to do THEIR job by filling customers’ drinks instead of having the orders ready for pickup. On top of that, the staff can be incredibly rude and disrespectful — they literally toss empty cups onto the counter for drivers as if we are their employees. Delivery drivers are there to PICK UP and DELIVER completed orders, not to perform restaurant staff duties. Management seriously needs to address this behavior and train employees to treat drivers with basic respect. This reflects very poorly on the entire restaurant.
