  I used to love el pollo loco until.... I ordered through GrubHub. 3 piece, 1 wing 2 breast. I received 1 wing, 1 breast, and 1 short thigh(major mistake). I hate thighs and that's not what I paid for. I expect to get what I pay for. You get a (F) rating.

  The chicken was tender. The beans had a perfect texture and the salad was tasteful and filled the bowl. Drive-up window service.

  Pase al drive thru de este pollo loco y espere 5 minutos y ni me tomaron la orden y me pase a la ventanilla y al que venia atrás de mi rápido lo atendieron, no se si porque les hable español no quisieron tomarme mi orden, y cuando pase a la ventana el chico que me atendió le.comente y enojado salio, no vuelvo a regresar a ese pollo loco mal servicio.
