I didn't know asking for a side of queso sauce could be problematic in the drive thru. All I asked from the gentlemen at the window was if I can add a couple (2) sides of queso blanco sauce. I can hear the woman reading off the screen vocally say "Oh my god". The two had exchanged some words and the woman personally delivered the sauce to the window and before i can say thank you, she slammed the window on me. I apologize for the long drive-thru time, I could've waited in front or pulled back around. Your negative attitude just discouraged me from returning to this specific location.

Ordered the chicken guacamole Chipotle burrito combo. They surprised me, my burrito was drier than the side of chips I received. Hardly any chipotle or guacamole which made it impossible to finish without a drink. Wouldn't order here again

Staff was rude to customers and missing items from orders. Seems the gentleman today didnt really want to be there. Not to mention the tomatoe-cup/salsa that goes with the burrito tastes a bit foul, that could have just been an accident so ill dismiss it for now. The other workers were okay with their work however I did notice that they stood around in one spot begind the grill periodically conversating, if the resturaunt had been empty this would have been dismissed as workers on standby. And please dont allow your workers to tell customers "For future reference" as if every customer knows if the machines arent working or not. Please have "Out of service" tags or signs for machines on standby for when machines are going through technical difficulties.
As for addressing customers, You do NOT start off with "Cash or Card?". As someone who has worked in the food service industry this was VERY unprofessional!
I also believe the workers reflect the manager and the manager to the higher-ups. If this is the lack of care you put in your work you should not be working there at all. This doesnt mean lecture your workers and drop their days or work times, it means you should thoroughly train them until you are absolutely positive they are ready for work. And if you brush it off, as something that doesnt matter, you should not be a leader of any kind.
Matter of fact? Give them a raise, its obvious they arent getting paid enough to care for their job when they're possibly barely getting by. It should be a burden to hire and train new employees. If all the experience you have is only in a managerial position while you wouldn't work with your employees as their manager and coworker. You do not deserve your title. Customers should see the manager tag in front working with employees. Do not ask your employees to do more than what they're initially hired for or for what their job description is. Do not be a hypocrite. I hope youve learned something from this. Be better.
