- SOSteven O.6 days ago2.0I came at 945 PM and the doors were locked. We had a mobile order. Dining room is open until 10 PM. They only let us in because we had a mobile order. They looked at us a few times before even letting us in. 👎

After waiting for nearly five minutes while Luis was talking a women in front of my car, I finally flashed my high beams; then did he finish his talking and turn his attention to me. I tried to order but he refused my order because he only could take my order over the order pannel. There was no car behind me at all. I won't never go back to the place again.

Added additional star for service. 🙏 8/2026: Used the app to order and paid for an upgrade on a soda to a large only to find out they didn't have any sugar free fountain drinks. So I guess I got screwed on the upgrade because I ended up with a water. Not the employee's fault and I didn't give him a hard time about it but hopefully corporate sees this. If somethings not available take it out of the app for ordering dummies. Food was good. Looks like they have some new offerings since I've been in. Ordering on the app they have a member meal which was a good deal. Burrito, small taco, chips and drink for $7.99. I thought it also had a churro but I didn't get one so Idk. I checked and I was supposed to get a churro so I changed the service to 3 stars.

I used to frequent here for years, but their inconsistent order fulfillment and ridiculous wait times made me make that extra drive to other locations. Gave them a chance again today, and ended up waiting an extra 45 mins on a mobile order! Whoever owns this franchise clearly does not care about the customer experience. If I could cancel my order I would have.
