While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Los Angeles,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- CJChavonne J2 days ago2.0This will be my second time going to this location and my order has been messed up. I ordered nachos, and the meat was not shredded chicken, and there were little to no beans on it. Just a pile of dry chips and dry chopped meat and a bunch of guac on top. I attempted to call to let them know my order was wrong, and no one ever answers the phone. Service was great at the drive-thru window, but this is my last time coming to this location. I am not wasting gas to drive back during my lunch break for something that should have been right.
- HGHenry Garcia5 days ago3.0The second time I visited this place I couldn't get Pico de Gallo salsa. Also, the soda dispenser had no ice. Little dirty too.
- DMDiego MineraOct 8, 20261.0Awful customer service from Candice and her team. They completely showed disrespect and disregard to families waiting for food at the drive thru. Terrible body language and choice of words for customers. Makes you think how poorly they manage prepping food as well.
- D_Debbie _Oct 8, 20261.0After a few hellos from me at the call box, someone asked for a few minutes and never came back. Literally waited for 10 mins before pulling up to the window just to be told I had to loop around to order because I couldn’t wait at the window even though they were okay with making me wait at the call box with no communication at all. The male at the window apologized and said his manager Candice kept moving him around and he had nothing to do with it. Spoke to the manager Candice and she said that I was better off getting off and coming in and I told her why didn’t they just close the drive through and she just shrugged her shoulders and told me to loop around then.
- DDDezi DSep 23, 20261.0Stopped by this El Pollo Loco ordered 1 burrito, 1 corn quesadilla wrap, and 4 crunchy tacos total $32.35. The food was horrible the tacos taste like they were cooked in fish grease🤢, the quesadilla was so salty🤢, and the burrito 🤢was just as bad. This was one of the worst visits to an El Pollo Loco I've had in years. A truewaste of mmoney. 🤢🤮
