While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Los Angeles,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- JJJacquelineOct 5, 20261.0We were in line for 30 minutes before we could order our food. To make things worst the service is terrible :(
- XHxavier hollandSep 25, 20265.0Had an issue with my order from uber eats but Mary helped sort it all out thank you! This was very stressful for me since I can not cook at home and wanted to make sure the money lasted. Both Mary abd my driver Roberto made my day and made me feel like the most important person in the world!!!🕺🏾
- DJD. JonesSep 24, 20263.0This locatio ALWAYS messes up thr order. Either wrong size of item or missing items. It never fails.
- RRreaSep 23, 20261.0I had came here for my lunch, I ordered two tacos and waited about 20 minutes. I asked one of the workers what happened and he said they were working on it. They gave me my food a few moments later. Everything was alright till I opened my tacos and saw they were burnt and the taco shell was broken into pieces. I asked one of the ladies who worked there if they can make me some new ones and she looked at me like I insulted her so I spoke up and told her “would you eat this”… she told me “yeah” I told her that’s kinda gross and she asked rudely if I wanted a refund. I told her yes… with attitude she gave me my refund. I’m not the type to complain, I should have gotten her name. She was a chubby, red head girl … she looked like a manager. I’m not entirely sure who trained her or if she was having a bad day… as a costumer I felt that way.. I can’t imagine working with her. Ur better off going to McDonald’s
- OAoliver alvarezSep 17, 20261.0Worsted customer service ever.Today I went to get a family meal pack for my wife bday .I wasn't even allowed to get in the stablishment to place an order due to the security guard and their employees .He (security guard)was very hostile and unreasonable and instructed me to go to the drive thru.Never going there again they don't value their customers, their time and their money .Next time I will plan my wife surprise b-day party meal somewhere else where they actually value customers, their time and money.
