  I ordered tacos and the meat was dry and burnt like they used leftovers. Employees are usually nice and friendly however this lady with tattoos calling your order was not approachable as if she didn't want to be there and gave me an incomplete order as well. 1 person can ruin an entire experience. In addition to the poor quality food.

  The food has been great every time I have come here, the wait can be long if you come around lunch time but overall the employees are moving quickly and are all very nice.

  I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. While ordering churros, I noticed a woman working at the churro station with many visible tattoos handling the churros with her bare hands before placing them in the fryer. Since the churros appeared to already be cooked, I was concerned about the food handling practices and hygiene standards being followed. I understand mistakes can happen, but proper food handling is extremely important when serving customers. I hope management reviews this situation and provides additional training to ensure food safety procedures are being followed.
