  Alex was the bets of the best of the best! I'm like a food critic without the license, and I came from Alaska to Los Angeles and so I came to this place because I was hungry, lol. Heard a lot about it, I was also recommended to eat here and I haven't eaten yet almost all day today, lol. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out soon, Lord Willing. I randomly selected the Double Chicken Bowl by itself with extra beans, no rice, extra cabbage, and extra salsa and a big mac & cheese bowl on the side with a water and the difference in this order is amazing portions and less price for your buck. Overall, wonderful place area, and the customer service showed a lot of love and courtesy and warm welcoming. Forgive me for forgetting your names that helped me also throughout my separate orders, but you know who you are and did a good job and Alex definitely did a really awesome job of service across the board and he looks like a manager or supervisor. He was very well mannered and helpful throughout my time checking everything on the menu and she shown a lot of patience on allowing me to take my time to figure out what I wanted to order on the menu and helped me a lot on my order selections, everything tasted fresh and juicy and was very fulfilling with massive portions of the items I ordered that was nice and Hot and super tasty and flavorful and really nice light crunch testure. Thanking the people who helped me with my First Time Experience here. They also have condiments to get or ask for. I recommend also doing the survey with your phone to get the $3 discount you get in the email right away to use for your nect order right then and there. Lol. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or if you're in a hurry on your lunch break from work or family gatherings to eat outside or take home and they have restrooms. Overall, keep up the good work everyone, they deserves a raise and a couple of new business shifts and hats and name tags. God Bless 🙏🏼

  I never leave reviews on anything, however, my experience yesterday at this specific el pollo loco was spectacular. The Staff were friendly, my 3 piece chicken meal was fabulous and juicy. Will come again!
