  Lo único que puedo salvar de pollo loco es el sabor, pero el tamaño de sus piezas es demasiado pequeño, parecen de codorniz. El precio no vale lo que cuesta.

  On Friday, September 18, 2026, at about 6:45 PM, I tried to order a Diet Coke at the window of this location. I had my two dogs with me. They are not service animals, so I couldn't bring them inside, per the store's own rules. That's the only reason I went to the window. I was trying to follow the rules. There were no cars in the drive-thru line, and I wasn't blocking anyone. I'm a regular customer: a 30-year-old woman, a software engineer, properly dressed and polite. Staff yelled at me that I wasn't allowed to order and refused me service for no clear reason. I explained that I couldn't come inside because of my dogs, so the window was my only option. There is no published policy against ordering at the window: nothing on the El Pollo Loco website, and no sign at the window. When I asked the staff to show me their policy, they refused, shut the window, ignored me, and called the police on me. All over a Diet Coke. A rule that isn't written anywhere and can't be shown to a customer isn't a policy. If you're walking with dogs, don't expect to be served here, and don't expect to be treated like a customer.
