I come here on my lunch break and I will sometimes bring a coworker. However you come in to two kiosk to place your order which can bring congestion and a long wait. The workers don't ask if they can help you or do you need help. It seems like they avoid you. Everybody isn't computer savvy. Also, the workers are not friendly or attentive to the customers. Sometimes you stand at the counter for help and they see you but they won't ask if you need help? The workers need some customer service skills. Also they need to get drive thru orders correct where I don't have to come back while on limited time. Please do better.

Make sure you get all your food arrived home and I didn't get all food I ordered on app I called store and they said they had made a mistake and forgot to give me all my order. They said they would credit my account 1 week later and they did not credit my account I was still charged entire order amount made on line complaint and still nothing has been resolved

Had a coupon for a 16pc family meal for $35. I ended paying $59.99. I also had ordered a chicken breast on the side and they didn't even put it in the order. They charged it but didn't give me the chicken breast. I ordered my meal by drive thru. I got home and realized the chicken breast was missing. I had to drive back to ask for what i paid for. When i got there, the woman from the drive thru was now at the front with the cashier registers. I asked her about the chicken breast and she looks at me and puts on airpods and compleately ignored me and walks away. Then there was this guy cutting up the chicken in the back. He looks at me too and continues to cut the chicken. Then a second guy walks by. He looks at me once and walks out to throw the trash away and comes back then finally, he ask's me what i wanted and i told him about the missing chicken breast. He then goes to the back and quickly grabs a big box with a little pice of chicken breast. Didn't apologize, didn't say anything. It felt like he threw it at me. This experience was bad. Im not on here to get people fired but they should get a class on customer service and being nice to people. I might not come back just because i felt like i was begging for food that i paid for.
