- YWYoshi WaritaAug 12, 20264.0The staff are really nice, quick and attentive - especially the young man with long hair. He's very professional and you can tell he takes his job seriously. Kudos to him for being GenZ with millennial and GenX customer service skills. 🤌🏼 The store itself is clean and there's usually plenty of parking in the back. There's metered parking on the street as well. The only reason I deducted a star is because of the short cuts the cooks are instructed to make when it comes to the chicken. I usually order bowls and I noticed that after COVID, they started skimping on the chicken. Instead of cubed chicken chunks, they give you shredded chicken and try to spread it around the bowl to make it look full. It's even more annoying when you pay for double chicken and they bust out with that stunt. I assume it's the store owner that makes this decision to save money even though they continue to raise their prices. If they go back to the portions they used to give, I'd give it 5 stars.
