  Ordered food through the drive-through got my food didn’t have napkins in the bag needed to go inside to use the restroom. All the staff was rude. Didn’t want to give me the code to get into the restroom after I ordered. Food will never go back to the El Pollo Loco.

  I was in the drive thru and they forgot my churros so I went inside and told them and she didn’t say a word to me just gave me my churros not an apology or anything. Absolutely no hospitality. It’s fine is they forgot but atleast an apology would reflect upon their professionalism.

  The service was great but the food was horrible got the chicken salad tostada I asked for beans chicken and lettuce only and there was literally like half of teaspoon of beans and like a whole head of lettuce the chicken was ok so disappointed since I was wanting the beans it should be a even amount im not a rabbit I dont need a whole head of lettuce
