We both ordered the same thing with no beans and a avocado salsa. First issue:we paid for two salads there was only one in the bag. Showed the receipt and was given the second one. Got home both had beans and missing avocado salsa. Very disappointed 😞. My father now doesn't eat El pollo unless I bring it from the IE.

- GCGuadalupe CurielJul 24, 20261.0Food is great, but drive through service sucks, please find an employee who is willing to take my order to purchase your delicious food that I can't get because your drive through employee makes customers wait 15mts just to order food at the speaker box and if you don't respond quickly male employee working drive through in the evening to night shift makes you wait another 10 to 15 mts just to take your order again....I tried to be very patient but you really need to replace your drive through employee..other vehicles did not wait in line they were leaving, vehicles were exiting your establishment cause it was taking 15 mts plus just to place an order....a disappointed customer...with no lunch/Dinner for work.😕🙄🫩🫤🥺
