I came to this location at 3:51 PM on October 10 to order a local salad and a chicken breast I was having trouble with the kiosk machine using my EBT card. I asked the employee Kathy for some assistance. She told me to she told me to hold on with her hand gesture, then walked away and never returned back to the kiosk Luis. He stepped in. he helped me he was kind he was respectful, and he was generous. I asked Kathy that this your local location had the larger size cups of creamy cilantro she swears she didn’t understand me in English, but she had just assisted Hispanic woman in English. I asked her can she please find me someone that speaks English. Yesenia I believe it’s her name. She’s Latino and she has short black curly hair. She was very rude. I asked her cause she assist me. She instead decided to verbally direct me around the counter. I informed her again that I did everything that she had verbally directed me to do in the past Luis had to help me in the Miss me telling her that she cut me off and repeated herself again. I have to inform her that I was 42 years old and our major in English. I don’t need her to repeat what I need her to do is come around the counter and properly assist the customer. I am a business owner myself. I have employees as well. A person should never feel the need to write a negative review this took place at 3:51 PM. I would like someone to run cameras back and notify me of complaint again. Louise very pleasant. Great communication for great performance

First off they left my food on the counter didn’t call my number , the whole store was dirty trash everywhere even behind the counter , all the employees were just laughing and playing , the line was long , the drink machine didn’t work I told 3 different people me and a few other people told them it wasn’t working. And my food wasn’t good whatsoever. This was the worse el pollo loco I’ve ever been to since I’ve moved here. Do better.
