  Llegué a recoger mi online mobile y la muchacha gordita le pregunté por mi orden y me dijo que la esperara unos segundos, pero lo malo, es que entregó todas las órdenes delante y atrás mías pero la mía nunca me la dio, hasta que la señora de estaba en el área donde hacen la comida les preguntó a los de enfrente que se me ofrecía y pues les dije de mi orden y fue que mi orden ya tenía tiempo hay y mis tacos ya estaban fríos cuando me los dieron. Le agradezco a la señora que me vio que ya tenía rato esperando a que los de enfrente se moviera. gracias por todo.

  Esta mañana visite esta tienda de pollo loco y a comparación de otras tiendas es la mejor que e visitado. Su personal es sumamente amable desde que entras a la tienda te dicen bienvenido y te hacen sentir que aprecian tu visita. me atendio su manager llamada Iris que por sierto me explico y me ofrecio distintas opciones para comer y opte por lo principal el pollo con combinaciones. El pollo con exelente sabor y cocción se nota que lo preparan con amor y dedicacion. Recomiendo esta tienda y volvere siempre que este serca de esta area. Gracia.

  0/10 do not recommend the chicken quesadilla verde from here, got food poisoning on Thursday night and still suffering with the consequences 2 days later🤢

  This el pollo loco was one of the busiest branches there is. Everytime I go there they are extremely busy. Things get done quick though there’s always only 3 staffs working. Keep up the good work.

  As a DoorDash driver, I am extremely frustrated that your staff repeatedly refuses to do part of their own job by asking drivers to fill customers' drinks. Drivers are not restaurant employees. We are independent contractors whose responsibility is to deliver completed orders safely and on time. Preparing food or beverages is the restaurant's responsibility—not ours. Every time your staff hands me an empty cup and tells me to fill it myself, it delays deliveries, creates unnecessary liability, and shows a complete lack of professionalism. If a drink is prepared incorrectly or violates health and safety policies, the responsibility should not fall on the driver. This practice is unacceptable and should stop immediately. Your employees are being paid to prepare orders, including drinks. Asking drivers to do their work is unfair, disrespectful, and reflects poorly on your restaurant. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures that all future orders are fully prepared before drivers arrive for pickup.
