  I absolutely love coming to this location! Everyone is so friendly and attentive, and the bagels are always fantastic! Dennise makes my day with her kindness and amazing service!! :)

  The staff is always super-friendly and helpful. And it seems like the new manager made the coffee drinkable (it was not good, previously). There are also neighborhood regulars which is always a good sign!

  I love to eat here. Actually, I visit the store almost every day. The service is average, but the biggest issue is definitely the cleanliness—there is no effort at all. They just wipe the tables with a stinky cloth, which leaves them smelling bad. You can tell they don't clean because when you are sitting down, you can see right under the counter where they keep the bagels. Below the counters, it is incredibly filthy—full of crumbs and old bagels. It’s disgusting. On the other hand, the food is tasty and the coffee is excellent. I wish they had better management regarding the cleaning. I love going there, and despite the filth and the smelly tables, it is still a good place to visit.

  Dennise is the best! From the moment you walk in she greets you and is ready to assist ! The food was great and the location was clean and calm and definitely busy but nothing the team couldn’t handle! A must to come back and get some great food and great help! Thank you Dennise.

  How you treat customers is very important. Food is good but the way you are treated is a plus. I encourage everyone to come out and visit this store. Specially when Julie is there. I love her enthusiasm and friendliness. Julie is an extremely helpful person and patient. It really brightened my day. May this establishment employ more people like Julie.
