Recently opened location. I actually tried coming here a couple of months ago when the sign was already up, but they were still finishing construction inside. Big free parking lot is a huge plus. Makes stopping by really easy. Everything inside is brand new and clean. The only confusing part was where the line starts. I wasn’t sure if it was from the left or the right side when you walk in. I ordered the Maplehouse and asked for it on an Everything, but got the regular menu bagel instead. Honestly, it wasn’t a big deal for me and it still tasted good, but it’s something to pay a little more attention to. Someone else might not be as easygoing. Black drip coffee was probably a 3/5 for me. Service was fast. They hand you the coffee cup right away, so you can enjoy your coffee while waiting for your food. Nice little touch. There’s also a clean restroom. Overall I was happy, so I’m giving them 5 stars.

I know the store just opened but few pointers. 1. Customers dont know where to line up to make an order to the cashier, a sign would help. 2. I know it’s busy but acknowledge customers 3. The cashier was great she was trying to multitask, i didnt get her name though 4. They offered a lot of varieties on the menu, but mostly out of stock 5. My order was replaced twice since they dont have the ingredients and yet they still forgot to make it and everyone else after me were done.

I was so excited for this store to pop up next to me. However, I’m severely disappointed with the service and meal. The food did not look like it shows in the picture (I got a farmhouse bagel) and the food was subpar (not at all how I remember it). I got an additional bagel that I asked for shmear on the side instead of on the bagel, and 2 employees indicated they could do that and it was handed down the line, but when the employee who’s in charge of the shmear, she asked the manager if she could do that and he indicated no. They proceed to put the shmear on the bagel even though I asked for it on the side. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with this new Einstein bros. What a shame.

Got a garden avocado bagel needed a lil bit more of salt and the avocado was not ripe enough, overall I still enjoyed it. Place needed to be a lil bit more tidy up. (Trash popping out the bin and some dirty tables)

This franchise follows me from city to city through out my life: Bay Area, San Diego and now here they are in Atwater Village. Sigh. Came in at 9 am on a Saturday. One register open, old lady having bagels explained to her by the clerk. Line out the door. Ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese (which i only do for bad bagels like Einstein's, fyi) and a Vanilla iced coffee. Clerk made the iced coffee with hot coffee. First she made it with milk, I asked her why and she said "that's how its made." Good luck with that in LA, girl. Bagels were not toasted. I hate it here. Absolutely sure I will be back because it opens at 5 am and is half a mile from my house. Just awful lol.
