Worst customer service!!!! I got insulted by the older man that works in the afternoons/evening, he is the most disrespectful individual. He insulted me and made false allegations. I just asked why my to go order was open and half way eaten. He always treats me bad and I’ve seen he is the same way towards other people. I’ve been a customer for more than 10 years.

THE best place on the west side for casual burritos! Support small businesses and come here you won’t regret it.

I ordered a chicken tostada and steak tacos . The tostada was a mush of lettuce , watery beans , sour cream and 5 big slices of tomatoes ( which I never ever had in a tostada). The chicken was next to nothing , if 3 minuscule cubes . Everything was tasteless & mostly went into the trash can . They should be embarrassed for serving such low quality food for $20 !! They should go to El Pollo Loco to learn how to make a tostada . The steak taco was the lowest meat quality , dry & hard to chew . The side guacamole looked & felt watered down. I think it is insulting to the customers to serve the low quality food while their prices are on the high range . Definitely a place I would never recommend or order from again .

Delicious Mexican cuisine hidden in this street corner in west Los Angeles with great variety of salsa sauces
