- JCJessie Cruz1 day ago2.0Definitely one of the reasons I haven't downloaded the app is because I'm still trying to figure out if it's worth to be a continuous customer and experiences like this morning breaks the deal. Took more than 15 minutes for a simple cold brew. Seems like they didn't have staff but kept taking in-person and online orders. Terrible management because you have people waiting for rushed drinks by the time you get to your order. I'd rather be turned away due to no staff than to waste my time. Last time this happened a few weeks ago, my order was just sitting on table after they were also low staffed and they just moved onfk something else. No point in getting the app if the wait is gonna be the same.

The location is really beautiful with games, music, and a fountain. Just order ahead before arriving, it's so easy!

I couldn’t finish my drink and had to throw it out, too much milk and couldn’t even taste the coffee. Also ordering ahead thru the app was a waste of time since you still have to wait the same time as ordering in store. I won’t be going back.

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
