He did not acknowledge me when I came in, and blankly stared when I asked if he could take my order. While I was waiting for my drink, I noticed him snap back to what I’m assuming is his manager (she was wearing a polo, nobody else was) when she directed him to a task.. Love this location it’s right by where I work, but his actions left me a little unsettled. I’m usually in on week nights and always am able to grab my drink get a warm greeting and a check in from the ladies (girl from today being one of them) there around 4pm before heading back to finish my day. Looking forward to seeing my regular barista on Monday!

It made me feel like either Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t treat its employees very well, or she was just having a bad day. I also tried different sandwiches on each visit, but the quality of the bread was consistently disappointing. The croissant was flattened, the bagel wasn’t very good, and the English muffin was just average. Overall, everything just felt a bit carelessly put together, rather than prepared with much attention to detail.

There’s a reason this location has such low reviews recently. Jobe, the store manager, overcooked my bagel to the point that it wasn’t even edible. If that’s the manager’s standard, I can’t imagine the other employees’ standards. They call you “Yoo!” instead of using the name on your order. I also paid for two meals, but they refused to give me one of the hash browns. When I told the manager, his response was, “I wasn’t there when you placed the order.” Terrible food and terrible service.
